Welcome to The Playground of Sound

Hello and welcome to The Playground of Sound's new website! We're a guitar oriented blues/rock band based out of Madison, WI. With a blend of original music and cover songs by influences such as Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robert Cray and the Rolling Stones, we have become one of most entertaining bands in the Midwest.

Joel Pingitore is truly a unique talent on guitar; anyone who sees him perform comes away knowing they have witnessed something special. The rhythm section of Frank Queram on bass and Joel Brantmeier on drums is rock solid. Brad Reichert has a powerful and soulful voice; and his infectious personality keeps the crowd entertained throughout the show. Karri Daley, an awesome singer, is the newest member to the Playground. She has performed hundreds of shows fronting her own band (Karri Daley and Old School), and has been a featured singer with legendary funky drummer Clyde Stubblefield's band. Her voice is amazing, and her electric blue hair makes her stand out both on stage and in a crowd.
